As a Brand Producer, my role is not to start changing things.
I always start by listening . . . to you, to your messaging and to how your brand currently shows up.
This is a collaborative process.
We look at the business properly, challenge what needs to be challenged, and shape what you already have into something clearer, sharper, and more effective in the market.
You step back and look at the business honestly.
We'll begin with your perspective.
You’ll complete a short set of structured questions. This process is designed for you to reflect honestly on the shape of your business.
It helps you articulate:

What’s working and what isn’t
Where things feel unclear or frustrating
How you currently explain what you do
Most people don’t get the time or space to think about this properly. Many of my clients find tremendous value in this part alone.
I assess how your brand actually shows up.
Separately, I review how your business presents itself externally.

Your messaging.
Your visual identity.
How consistently everything is.
This isn’t a detached audit. It’s about understanding how the business comes across to someone seeing it for the first time.
We work through it together.
We bring both perspectives into a focused session. This is where the real work happens.

20+ Years In Branding
As a child, I was often to be found with a set of colouring in pens and a pad, redrawing the logos of brands that I found interesting.
Today I'm absolutely fascinated by the psychology and neuroscience behind brand strategy.
So why the Brand Producer, you may ask?
Over the last few years, I've been learning to write, play, perform, record and produce my own music. I love the whole process but one thing I've found difficult is making my finished songs sound like the ones I hear on streaming platforms.
That's because they've been mixed and mastered by professional producers in studios. It occurred to me that what I do as a brand strategist is very similar to what a producer in a studio does.
My role is to listen to you, see and understand your talent, your material, your vision and your audience - essentially all the things in your business that go together to make your brand.
Then I help you shape your brand into something commercially irresistible.
